Vodafone India announced “Race to Fame” contest for its customers. Four lucky winners will spend 1 week with McLaren Mercedes team. Indian Grand Prix (GP) will be held at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida on October, 30. 2 individuals and 2 global enterprise customers will be picked as contest winners. Vodafone will announce more details in August 3rd week.
Vodafone will conduct TV Reality shows at go-karting tracks in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata to pick contest winners. Vodafone is the official mobile partner for the McLaren Mercedes Grand Priz team.
Contest prize: Winners will get a chance to spend one week with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes (VMM) team drivers Lewis Hamilton and Button. They will stay in the same hotel as the F1 team’s drivers and can also visit pit stop and team centre etc.
Contest for SMSs:
Vodafone is conducting another contest for Small & Medium Enterprises. SMEs need to submit their logos online to participate in the contest. The contest is open for SMEs with less than 1000 employees and an annual turnover between Rs 10 crores to Rs 250 crores. Logo of winning SME will be featured on the McLaren Mercedes race cars. This is a wonderful opportunity for SMEs to get good publicity across the world.
